Our Infrastructure

The operations at KN Industries are carried out 24 hours a day, 6 days a week with the workforce executing the work in 2 shifts and the machines running throughout the day. To bolster productivity and speed, enhance the quality of the fabrics and increase efficacy, we continuously upgrade the technology and machines.

We have invested in the latest Bonas jacquard machines and Stäubli jacquard machines of 1200 hooks and 2400 hooks paired with Dornier looms at the factory and are able to manufacture and weave fabrics of a fine and intrinsic quality. We are able to weave fabrics in different weaves and textures, like twill, cord, self, herringbone, satin, etc.

Our yarn inventory consists of varied shades and colours of yarn of different deniers for warp and weft. We also have a warping station unit at the factory where we do the warping of beams of multiple colours.
